There are countless things with kids around in the house. All things aside, the toys usually take up so much space that it is hard to make room for the rest of the things.
The most efficient and the most often used trick is to get a bunk bed instead of individual beds for kids. It gives them more space in the room for activities. Bunk beds are available everywhere now. You can find them in all sizes and shapes. The bunk beds are mostly presented in accordance with particular themes; for instance, fairy tale castles, tree house, fire trucks etc. The rest of the accessories also match the main bed.
The staircase of the bunk bed is an ideal place for over- sized drawers to keep bigger items. Similarly, storage drawers can be used underneath the bed to store less used items like out of season clothes, extra quilts or comforters etc. Sometimes there are built in closets on the sides of the bunk bed.
The dressing table and the chest of drawers offer plenty of storage space to keep stuff of all kinds. Wall shelves are a good idea to display books and stuffed toys. A simple framework of shelving unit with big plastic boxes can not only store toys but is also an easy way to clean up.
Even a few embellished hooks here and there can hold the sports items like bats and balls all stacked together in a net or a sack.
